Saturday, Feb. 21

  • Team arrives at BVI and sleeps on Luna Nova on the docks at Hodges Creek Marina, Tortola

Sunday, Feb. 22

  • 0700 – Leave docks and set sail for Norman Island where we’ll spend the night; breakfast on board while sailing

  • 0900 – Arrive Norman Island

  • 0930 to 1230 – Morning work session

  • 1230 to 1400 – Lunch break onboard

  • 1400 to 1700 – Afternoon work session

  • 1900 – Dinner ashore at Pirates Bight; nightcap at Willie T’s

Monday, Feb. 23

  • 0730 – Breakfast onboard

  • 0800 to 1145 – Morning work session

  • 1145 to 1230 – Lunch break onboard

  • 1230 to 1430 – Sailing to Cooper Island where we’ll spend the night

  • 1445 to 1700 – Afternoon work session

  • 1900 – Dinner ashore at Cooper Island Beach Club Restaurant; nightcap at Cooper Island Rum Bar

Tuesday, Feb. 24

  • 0730 – Breakfast onboard

  • 0800 to 1100 – Morning work session

  • 1100 to 1230 – Quick run to Cooper Island Gift Shop for any interested followed by lunch break onboard

  • 1230 to 1430 – Sailing to Bitter End Yacht Club on Virgin Gorda where we’ll spend the next 2 nights

  • 1430 to 1730 – Afternoon work session

  • 1930 – Dinner ashore at B.E.Y.C. Restaurant; nightcap ay B.E.Y.C. Quarterdeck Club

Wednesday, Feb. 25

  • 0730 – Breakfast onboard

  • 0800 to 1145 – Morning work session

  • 1145 to 1315 – Lunch break onboard; quick run to B.E.Y.C. Gift Shop for any interested

  • 1315 to 1600 – Afternoon work session

  • 1600 to 1800 – Afternoon free time to work on your own, play, or some combination thereof

  • 1900 – Dinner ashore at Saba Rock Restaurant; nightcap at Saba upstairs bar

Thursday, Feb. 26

  • 0730 – Breakfast onboard

  • 0800 to 1030 – Morning work session

  • 1030 to 1200 – Sail to Scrub Island Resort where we’ll stay the night

  • 1200 to 1230 – Docking @ Scrub Island

  • 1230 to 1330 – Lunch break onboard

  • 1330 to 1700 – Afternoon work session in Focus Group room

  • 1700 to 1730 – Setting up for Focus Group

  • 1930 – Dinner @ Scrub Island Resort

Friday, Feb. 27

  • 0700 – Breakfast onboard

  • 0730 to 0800 – Focus Jurors checked in and seated

  • 0800 to 0815 – Intro for Focus Jurors

  • 0815 to 0930 – Mock Jury Selection

  • 0930 to 0945 – Break

  • 0945 to 1045 – Mock Opening

  • 1045 to 1200 – Focus Jurors debriefing

  • 1215 to 1430 – Leave Scrub and sail to Jost Van Dyke where we’ll stay the night; lunch & Focus Group download while sailing

  • 1500 to 1730 – Afternoon at White Bay J.V.D. 

  • 1930 – Farewell dinner on board; nightcap at Foxy’s

Saturday, Feb. 28

  • 0630 – Depart J.V.D. sailing back to Hodges Creek Marina

  • 0945 – Departure brunch on the docks @ Hodges Creek

  • 1030 – Leave Luna Nova for EIS airport or Road Town ferry terminal (for noon or later flight out of EIS or ferry headed to St. Thomas)  

Ultimate Trial Prep : BVI Adventure Package Includes:

  • 35 hours of onsite work with Jesse Wilson, Amy Hall, and Eric Penn (totalling 105 hours of combined in-person work) during the work week of Sunday, February 22 to Friday, February 27 aboard Luna Nova in the BVIs (the “work week”)

  • Up to 24 hours (combined) by Jesse, Amy, and Eric in preparation for the pre-work, which includes 2 hours of pre-work week Zoom time with your trial team. The remaining preparation time for the work week will be completed by Jesse, Amy, and Eric independently, and includes Jesse’s interviews with clients, key family, and friend witnesses to understand the true damages story of the case.

  • Up to 4 hours of post-work week wrap-up Zoom time with Jesse, Amy, and/or Eric, along with the trial team, to finalize any unfinished exhibits and provide overarching feedback for moving forward in the case.

  • Use for the week of the luxury Lagoon 55 sailing catamaran Luna Nova, including all operating expenses.

  • Lodging for your trial team (2 minimum, 4 maximum) for seven nights (arriving Saturday, February 21, 2026 and departing the following Saturday, February 28, 2026) aboard Luna Nova, including 2 queen cabins with en-suite head/shower.

  • Private chef-prepared Friday night Farewell Dinner for the trial team with Jesse, Amy & Eric aboard Luna Nova.

  • Daily (Sunday-Friday) private chef-prepared breakfasts & lunches, as well as Saturday departure brunch aboard Luna Nova .

  • In-person focus group of 10 - 12 participants for the mock jury selection and/or opening statement, held in Scrub Island Resort conference room.

  • Fully-editable electronic files of all demonstrative exhibits created by Amy for your case during the work week (30 - 60+ trial-ready exhibits).

  • Enrollment in Amy’s comprehensive visual trial strategy online CLE course (Trial Strategy Academy) for each member of your trial team

  • Copies of Jesse’s two books (How to Tell the Winning Story & The Most Important Juror) for each member of your trial team. 

Package does not include travel to and from the BVIs for your trial team; dinners/alcohol for your trial team (other than the Farewell Dinner); or discretionary/customary tip for the private chef.
